Calisthenics & Mobility Class
[Mixed Ability]

This class is oriented towards improving bodyweight strength and mobility.
 
You will mainly work on the upper body and core strength with elements of shoulder and hip mobility

The class is scalable and open to all levels - whether you're after your first push up, pull up, dip or you're working towards more advanced skills like muscle ups - you'll not only have a great workout but also learn how to approach bodyweight strength training to learn complex and difficult skills.

Parking:

There is plenty of free parking on the road outside the venue

£10 per class (must be booked online)

Block of 4 classes - £35 (must be used within 6 weeks)

Block of 8 classes - £65 (must be used within 13 weeks)

These blocks of classes can be used for Calisthenics & Mobility and Handstand Classes

No prior experience is required. 

GROUP CLASSES

Handstand Class
[Mixed Ability]

Thursdays: 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm

This class is oriented towards learning a freestanding handstand without the wall.

In this class, you'll learn correct alignment for handstands, how to bail and practice safely as well as improve your shoulder strength and mobility.

This class is open for all levels of ability - whether you're just starting with wall handstands or getting into freestanding handstands, different shapes and entries.
 
Handstands are bloody hard - join in and let's make them easier!

Movement & Mobility Class
[Mixed Ability]

Currently not running

The movement & mobility classes are 45-minute sessions aiming at improving mobility, coordination and spatial awareness.

 

We will use a combination of more traditional stretches and mobility exercises mixed with various movement tasks, floorwork, animal locomotions and partner games

This is not your regular stretching class!

Boulder Shack 

Unit 4, Imperial Park, Empress Rd, Southampton SO14 0JW

Parking:

Use pink parking bays outside Boulder Shack. You can also park along the fence. Avoid blue bays though.

Register your vehicle number plate on the iPad near the entrance

£7 per class (must be booked online)
